Delivery time

We will take orders for the USA and Canada up until the first week of August (but in 2024 we are sold out already by the 26th of July), after that date we will no longer take pre-orders of spring flowering bulbs for our whole range (Shipment of these orders will be end September). Some years a second shipment by half of October is possible for part of the range (not in 2024).

The shipment to Canada leaves in the first half of September, because wintertime comes earlier in this area. This will mean you won’t have to store the flowerbulbs and you will be able to plant them immediately without losing quality when your receive the bulbs latest in October. Canada shipping is planned once a season by the second half of September with delivery by October.

For zones 7 and 8 in the United States, you will need to keep the spring flowering bulbs in an artificially cold environment to allow them to later flower. Store them in a cool, dark place (preferably in the fridge) for around six weeks to simulate winter.

Ordering for shipment to Switzerland is normally possible till the beginning of August, but in 2024 we are sold out by the 26th of July.

Track & Trace

All our products are sent using Track & Trace, enabling you to keep track of where your order is and when you can expect it. As soon as our shipping agent has started processing your order, you will receive an email from us containing your unique Track & Trace code and a link that you can use to keep track of your order.

Delivery method

For orders in the United States we use FedEx because FedEx offers the best quality of postal service delivery in these countries. For all other countries we use various shipping agents, each with years of experience in postal service delivery within Europe and worldwide. They can offer you the best service for each country.

Please be aware that orders cannot be shipped to a PO box address!
