Ordering
At QFB Gardening, we offer two convenient ways for you to place your order: with or without creating an account. However, we highly recommend creating an account to facilitate communication regarding the shipping of your order. Rest assured, any information you provide is treated confidentially and is never shared with third parties. You can manage your data at any time in your account under Personal Data.
Once your account is set up, you can start shopping. You can explore our entire range for inspiration or use our search function to find specific products. You can filter products by type, flowering time, height, or color to find exactly what you're looking for.
When you find a product you want, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen. You can adjust your order as needed while shopping.
When you're ready to check out, click the "Checkout" button in your cart. You'll be prompted to choose the delivery address. You can use the address saved in your account or enter a different one if needed.
After selecting the delivery address, click "Next" to proceed. On the final screen, you can review your order and make any last-minute changes. You can also select your preferred payment method, including PayPal, iDEAL, or credit card, and apply any discount codes.
Once you've reviewed everything, click "Complete Order" to finalize your purchase. We'll begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment, and you'll receive an order confirmation via email.
